THIS IS THE CONVERSATION OF BEING A HUMAN BEING

Two lights, side by side, not touching. The gold occupies its left half with a kind of organic density, forms that bunch and gather at the base before rising, life doing what life does: rooting before it reaches. The blue drapes the right side with different gravity entirely, cool and expansive, its folds suggesting something older and less hurried. Between them, a narrow corridor of darkness that is not absence but distance. The necessary distance that makes conversation possible at all.

To be a human being is to live in that corridor. Close enough to be genuinely affected by another presence, far enough to remain a distinct self capable of responding rather than merely reflecting. The small cluster of red marks in the upper corner carries more weight than its size suggests - the irreducible particularity of individual experience, the detail that doesn't resolve into either the gold or the blue, the thing in us that remains specifically, stubbornly, beautifully our own.
